Diabetes Mellitus (Type 2)

now, we’ve already looked into the first type of diabetes, the one that is’nt self inflicted so now we’ll look into the self inflicted diabetes. type two diabetes. usually, it’s because the cells, muscles and fats in the liver have become insulin-resistant.

IR (insulin resistance) is well in the name when cells, fats and muscles are resistant to insulin and experts believe that it’s caused by obesity, especially too much fat around the abdomen and around the organs called visceral fat is the main cause of insulin resistance.

type two diabetes is therefore caused by obseity, not enough excersize and a genetics so its easily preventable by not only keeping your weight, but staying fit and having a good healthy balanced diet.

not very often but possibly, one with type two diabetes would need to monitor their blood sugar levels and with that, take the same medication those with diabetes type one take, insulin. so never forget, to not only eat healthy but make sure that you stay healthy by regular exercise and check-ups.
